Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the CHESS STALKER Website at https://www.chessstalker.com/, owned by David Menéndez Rujas, Spanish National ID 71771512N, Calle Concejo de Ibias 1, 2ºT, CP 33204, Gijón, Spain. Contact: info@chessstalker.com.

1. Purpose of the Website

Chess Stalker allows users to analyse the playing style of chess players, providing statistics, game patterns, weakness detection and strategic recommendations. All analyses are purely statistical in nature.

2. Acceptance

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Users agree to act in accordance with the provisions herein. Access or use of the Website by persons under 14 years of age is prohibited.

3. Subscription Plans

3.1 Free

Player search.
Scouting report.
Opening repertoire analysis.
Exploitable weakness detection.
Aggregate performance statistics.
Behavioural analysis.
Aggregate profile indicator.
Practical recommendations.

3.2 Pro

Includes everything above, plus:

Access to the Legends Gallery (historical players).
Head-to-Head analysis between players.
Nemesis and favourite rival detection.
Twin Bot (bot that replicates the rival's style).
Unlimited PGN downloads.
Additional features added in the future.

4. Duration

The Free plan is of indefinite duration. The Pro plan is monthly or annual and renews automatically unless cancelled before renewal.

5. Obligations

Pro plan requires registration and account creation. Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and must report any misuse to info@chessstalker.com.

Users agree not to use automated systems, bots, scraping or any mechanism to extract data without express authorisation from CHESS STALKER.

6. Economic Conditions

Subscription prices are published on the Website and may be modified. All prices include VAT or other applicable taxes.

7. Payment Methods

CHESS STALKER uses Paddle as its payment platform. Debit/credit cards and any other method enabled by Paddle are accepted. The amount is charged in advance at the start of each period.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Art. 103(m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content initiated with the User's express consent. Nevertheless, CHESS STALKER voluntarily offers a 14-calendar-day satisfaction guarantee. Contact info@chessstalker.com.

9. Exclusion of Liability

Analyses are purely informative. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All Website elements are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. Reproduction or use without CHESS STALKER's written authorisation is expressly prohibited.

11. Data Protection

12. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain.
